Start a command prompt as administrator and run the following command:
bcdedit /set {current} safeboot minimal
Reboot the computer and switch BIOS/EFI settings from IDE to AHCI.
Start another command prompt as administrator and run the following command:
bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot
Reboot the computer again.
